The artists behind the video game performance asses.masses<\/em><\/a> will break down the project\u2019s development from its origins as a 20-minute interactive experiment to a touring 7+ hour event for theatres in multiple languages. The artists will reflect upon how asses.masses <\/em>was made and how their collaborative approaches to building story worlds, designing game mechanics, and crafting participatory experiences evolved over the project\u2019s development to navigate the particular demands and expectations of both video game players and a live theatre audiences.
